but I dont feel like there are very many thorough tutorials.
Hope mine is detailed enough and makes it easy for you.

Starbucks Double Chocolaty Chip (impostor) Recipe

So, I know my blog has been really boring lately,
but my life has been quite exciting.
Lets start with this recipe.
I am in LOVE with these (coffee free) drinks from SB.
In love. They are fabulous.
The Hus thinks they have coffee in them, because I am
so addicted.
Alas, my friends, they do not.
C'mon, chocolate is quite addicting in its self, right?
Anyway, to save myself the money, I decided to google the recipe.
I found the above one here.
But honestly it doesnt have to be perfect, to be, well, perfect.
In the one I made I used vanilla soy milk (sub milk), ice, choc syrup,
caramel syrup, a little vanilla, some left over mashed twix bars, and like
half a scoop of choc ice cream. It was amaze. Couldnt even taste the soy.
I think with some whipped cream on top it would have been SB perfection.
And it was suuuper quick and easy, just throw it all in the blender.
A pregnant woman's (or any woman's) dream.
My husband didnt mind it either.

Last, but not least, myself.
An update on me and the babe. Totally freaked today.
Thought the babe wasnt moving as much as usual. I was like bawling.
It was super stressful and I went into the Drs to have him checked.
He passed the test, luckily.
No delivery today, just a big scare. Ugh, this has been so stressful.
Incase I havent made it very clear what is going on, or what my risks are
you can read them here. Yowza. My problem, or reason for low fluid
is the "placental problem" one.... Anyway. More apts tomorrow.
And hopefully more projects, we'll see right?
I know what you're thinking
"She's crazy to be doing projects, and a blog still!"
Well, the title of my blog couldnt be more fitting than now.
I mean, this is how i keep sane right?

Thanks for all the love and support guys.

Bleach Pen Art Tutorial: Update

I found the bleach pens to be super cheap
on Amazon.

Just an update on my little mess-up Monster onesie guy.
So, the lines were pretty bad, I went over them with some fabric paint
to add depth and attached some buttons for eyes.
I made a cross stitch for one of the eyes, and layered two buttons for the other.
My husband is a huge fan of it. Its his fav. Ha. Who woulda thought?

Bleach Pen Art Tutorial

This project was pretty simple. Cheap to say the least.
"Bleach Art", "Reverse Dying", whatever you want to call it,
is all the rage right now.

Update & Funny Story

Sorry about the MIAness guys, things are getting crazy in the baby world. Supposedly I'm a "high-risk" pregnancy. News to me. It just sort of popped up on me, I was like 'hello, why hasnt anyone said this to me before today?' Well, what constitutes that, you ask. Apparently, the umbilical cord isn't attached very well to the placenta, its on the very edge of it, as opposed to the middle, and kinda hanging by a thread I guess. And they are monitoring me every few days to make sure the baby is getting enough oxygen and the cord doesnt become detached. Anyway, kinda intense. So, I will be going to the Drs like 3x a week now (Im 35.5 weeks now and measuring 36.5, thats in a total of 40 weeks) so Im uping the ante from 4 or 5 Drs appointments that I thought I had left til the end to now, what, 15-17 Drs appointments. Ha. When you put it that way.. Its kinda ridiculous... But, as silly as that seems, that is not the funny story.
Trust me, the story. is. funny.

Hump Day Inspiration

Today is all about creative ways to use everyday things.
All of these ideas I found on Pinterest.
Above is using an empty frame and some hooks, painting them white and storing jewelry.
Gorgeous idea.

Cabinet Refurbishing

This above pic has nothing to do with anything, except for the fact that my overly talented Mother in Law MADE it for me, for the new babe and it is just adorable. Its a replica of an Anthropologie one I saw a while ago, and, well, shes just that talented.
Anyway, on to my own (less talent requiring) project.
Finally, the free cabinet we scored while garage sail shopping, is finished.
