how i keep sane: Witch Costume Inspiration

I was probably a witch for Halloween as far back as I can remember.

My mom would rat out my hair and paint my face green and give me

super dark and arched eyebrows.

I loved it.

My favorite costume was one my grandma bought for me

at Sears or something (cuz, u know, that was the place to go.)

The costume was fully equipped with a raggedy, pirate-type skirt and

a thick red vinyl belt with a cat face as the center.

I was sooo excited.

Then I got into my teen years and did the girly costumes,

princess, spice girl, barbie, cowgirl, and I am ashamed to admit it,

Britney Spears.

Ha.

This year will be the first year I have been a witch since I was about 12.

Im not ratting out my hair or painting my face green.

But I think I'll survive.
